Day Excursion Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your event reservation for a day excursion more than 10 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation within 10 days of a day excursion will result in the loss of your event fees.
If you are on a wait list for an event, your refund will be processed within 1 week of the date that the event occurred.
 
Overnight Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties for overnight trips are as follows:
$100 of your payment is a non-refundable registration fee (not applicable to those on the waitlist).

Project Independence’s mission is to promote civil rights for people with developmental disabilities
through services which expand independence and choice. Project Independence provides supported employment
and independent living services for people with developmental disabilities in Orange County, California as well as
disability benefits planning, and an opportunity for disability travel and recreation through its Access to
Adventures Program. Project Independence also has services available to businesses interested in hiring employees with developmental disabilities and has a special program promoting healthy living with a disability.
